Request for Baptism

Baptism is a symbolic act of obedience and identification with Christ. 

"Baptism, which corresponds to this, now saves you, not as a removal of dirt from the body but as an appeal to God for a good conscience, through the resurrection of Jesus Christ..." 1 Peter 3:21: 


Baptismal ceremonies are usually held at the close of service on scheduled Sundays. You will be given time at the end of service to change into your baptismal wear.  As a baptismal candidate, since you will be immersed in water, choose clothing that won't be see-through or uncomfortable when wet. Bring clothes to change into after the baptismal. A towel, flip-flops or sandals, and a swim cap (if needed) are also helpful items to bring.  Please submit the form below so that we will have your name for the baptismal ceremony.  A Baptismal Certificate will be emailed to the email that you provide below.  (First Sundays are not available for Baptism.) Thank you.

Request for Baby Dedication

Baby dedication is a public declaration of the parents' commitment to teaching their child about faith and nurturing their relationship with God. 
"And when the days of her purification according to the law of Moses were accomplished, they brought him to Jerusalem, to present him to the Lord." Luke 2:22

For a baby's dedication, traditional wear for the baby is a white gown or a formal outfit in a light color like ivory or cream.  Please come to the service with your baby dressed for the dedication.  Submit the information below so that we will have your baby's name and information for the ceremony.  A Baby Dedication Certificate will be emailed to the email that you provide below.  (First Sundays are not available for Baby Dedications.)

Request church use for funeral service/other services/events

If you would like to use our sanctuary for a service, funeral, concert, seminar or other event, please fill out the form below.  We will respond with acceptance and costs. Thank you.
